Return Policy/Exchanges

Your satisfaction with your purchase is always our top priority. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know so we can help to correct the problem.

All shipments come with an electric tracking number and is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct upon payment. Valkyrie Leather Design is not responsible if your purchase is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout. 


If you purchased an item(s) and the product ends up being the wrong size, store credit will be applied for the original price of the item. Items must be unworn, and free from stains. If the item shows signs of wear, or the item is in any condition in which it cannot be resold, Valkyrie Leather Design has the right to refuse the refund for store credit. 

Returns are eligible within 15 days of receiving your product. After the 15 days, a refund is no long eligible.  The buyer is responsible for shipping back to Valkyrie Leather Design.
